K&n air filter

Is it ok to put an k&n air filter in my 2006 range rover sport supercharge

2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Cairns Blue

Only after it is washed out and then lightly oiled!!!!
They come coated in oil and if this gets on the air flow pickup you will stuff the sensor. Been there done that with my 996 turbo 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

It is but just don't expect any performance improvements. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy

Ive run K&N's for about 10yrs maybe longer - always been happy...it wont make the sport go faster though! Mike

I really must check my maf's as I suspect they may be contaminated with oil from running my K & N

MSE, have you ever had to clean yours? RRS gone

fit it. i have the same car with the k&n and have not had any problems.

I give it a light and full clean regularly - light clean yearly full clean every 2 years. Mike
