roof rails

Hi ,i have done a search on here and think i have an awnser to my question ,but woul like confirmation .
I have just brought some roof rails/bars for my 08 sport and want to know if these fit straight on top of the
plastic roof trims after i remove the b****y plastic caps that are in the fixings for the rails !!

England 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 SE Siberian Silver

The LR crossbars need to be fitted into LR tracks.

To fit the tracks, remove the two roof trims, remove the 3 plugs and open holes up to 19mm diameter. refit the trims, bolt tracks through the trim holes into the captive nuts. Attach the tapered plastic track ends, (screws & tape).

Now you can attach the LR cross bars.

Full instructions are in TOPiX under accessories.

(Yes... I have recently fitted these)
SS RRS MY12 SE Siberian Silver, Ocean, Ivory and Walnut.
3.0 SDV6 256hp, 8 speed autobox with flappy paddles, Factory fitted options: Privacy glass, tow pack, heated seats, heated steering wheel, RSE, centre cool box, premium carpets, mood lighting,vision pack and memory pack.
