My first RRS was/is a 3.0 SDV6, so I have no experience of the 2.7, but by all accounts, i think those that have had it done would recommend a remap for that particular version to get the best out of it.

Have you considered a TDV8? There are many on here that will argue it’s a better car than the 2.7 (I'm keeping out of that one!) and you won’t have to remap it as it has loads of power but then it will be more expensive to run than the 2.7

Hi matt, if the rear tv screens are up at the top of your list have you considered the full fat. There are plenty about with rear tv screens, and with a remap on the td6 engine it is more than adequate and these are very cheap for the amount of car you get |

Full Fat BTW, refers to the L322 model i.e. the Range Rover itself, rather than a Sport or Evoque. --------------------------------------------------------

My appologies BC. Wasn't meant to say van. Bloody fingers getting carried away. I would love your RRS but with us having an extension being built and With my wife being a Cockney hell would freeze over before she would let Me have that much cash. |

Sorry orangevanman the full fat is the full range rover, ie the original range rover and where it all I began I suppose you could say. They are great and you can get more for your money because you can go for an older vehicle. It just depends what type of vehicle you want. The range rover sport is called the sport for a reason, it is more sporty and engaging but if your happy to cruise in pure luxury you cannot go wrong, and the luxury is achievable with a smaller budget |
