Advice wanted!

Hi All,

I've had my eye on RRS for sometime now, closing on on a certain special birthday I thought it is now the time to take the plunge.

Can anyone let me know what I'm letting myself in for, the model I have test driven was a RRS 4.2 SC on a '55 plate.

Positives/negatives Question

Many thanks

Hi - and welcome - many different opinions on this forum to what's the better RRS to own - it's down to many factors - my advice make sure the car has been loved - by which I mean serviced & kept in a good condition. You usually know that within the first few minutes of viewing / driving. That said I am biased Very Happy I own a 2005 - 55 Supercharged ( & it was the top spec at the time ). It sounds & drives awesome. There is no end of mods to perform if it takes your fancy - I started with upgrading the rear lights & ended up doing a full conversion ( see gallery ).
Whatever you do decide its a journey with both ups & downs Big Cry never a dull moment. Thumbs Up
Good luck. 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............
17MY Autobiography Dynamic - Corris Grey - WOW.
14MY Autobiography Dynamic - SDV6 - Fuji White Smile
12MY Autobiography - SDV6 - Santorini Black - Dual View - Rear Entertainment - Sunroof.
12MY Autobiography - SDV6 - Orkney Grey - awesome ;(
2005 Java Black - 4.2 V8 Supercharged First Edition- will never be forgotten ;(

Pros/Cons

Hi Richie,

Always wanted one, got mine in feb this year, same model bit newer, it's ace, juicey to run, but then if your looking at a 4.2 petrol supercharged motor, fuel ain't a worry.

It's what you'd expect, just a bit more refined, and you have the power when you want it and plenty of it Mr. Green , got several friends who have different models of RRS, they all said I must be mad, but similarly I'm not worried about fuel....which is a good thing.
Might not be the best person to review this car, haven't had it long enough to find any negatives tbh.

However, plenty of excellent advice on here.

Hope you enjoy it, if i can be of any help please feel free to ask any questions.

Mike. Thumbs Up

This is a total no brainer ------- you will NEVER stop smiling if you buy yourself a really well looked after 4.2 SC.
V8 petrol performance with real road prescence will have you never wanting to give it up, or let anyone else have a drive.

Honestly, these are easily the best cars on the road today, treat yourself, you will be amazed. 2005 Rang Rover Supercharged
Loving every minute !
