Pricing my girlfriends mini up as a part ex

Anybody on here able to price cars up? I know Pea does usually and I've jst inboxed him but I know he is a busy guy and I need an answer tonight so wondered if anybody else could help, we r supposed to be picking up a new car Tomoro iit just arrived at dealer n now we r sortin the figures with the dealer they r comin out with wot seems low offers for a car that was 28G new 2yr ago, if anyone can assist it would be great Java black 2006

Look at parkers, autotrader, whatcar, vauxhall price guide and eBay to get an idea Thumbs Up

Bought a new mini in may with list price of £17500 and can't sell it now even with £5500 reduction so be prepared for a loss Big Cry

28k, Christ, you must have hit the options list big time.

Have a look on the autotrader for some similar examples to give you an idea, that's what I normally do.

Ady it's not the full jCW but it's the cooper s convertible Auto with the jCW colourcoded Bodykit, wheels,suspension n stripes, it's fully specced up its got a huge list everything's a chargeable extra frm BMW even the basic things like the heated mirrors and seat!
Never mind I'm sure we'l get the price sorted , the sales guy actually just rang with a £500 increase but I told him to ring me back in mornin with maybe a better offer,

On the plus side we pick up the new merc in the mornin it's the new A-class AMG Engineered model can't wait

If anybody fancies a good cheap mini give me a shout before Tomoro Thumbs Up Java black 2006

I think i would of kept the mini for another 12 months at that rate Shocked You really need to keep a new car for 3 years to help stomach the blow of depreciation, thing is, it will still be worth about 11k this time next year.

Yeah yor right mate, we prob wuda kept it longer but we just our first child on Saturday gone and needed the five doors and space for the pram and them minis r damn tight inside, she doesn't like to use the rangey cos she's scared to damage the wheels the poor thing Java black 2006

Why not just tell her that the wheels don't matter and then let her drive the Sport? Taking that sort of hit on a car is ridiculous, especially when you have more important things to spend your money on now.

You'd be better off buying a set of second hand rims from ebay (£400), putting them on and saying "do your worst love". 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I did say that but she's a bit paranoid plus a think she's not too comfortable with the size of the rangeys Thumbs Up
