So after last friday's saga...dont get me started

Windscreen no 2 is to be fitted this Friday.

The question, how many times can i get away with removing the snorkel...noting if you answer i need positive reassurance based in fact

Loads of times tbh. As long as you have a bit of copper slip on the nuts so they don't sieze in.
Not sure why your worried about how many times it's been removed
