Had a slight problem with the upper tailgate today. After having MY05 for a few months this was my first port of call. Thanks to the previous entries and support given on this website I found the answer.

Fortunately I've not had any major problems since I bought the car, just minor things that I've been able to resolve by reading threads on here; from battery issues to bluetooth, and cleaning to tyre recommendations.

So I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone here. You've already saved me a lot of grief and hard-earned cash and I've no doubt I will become even more grateful as time goes on.

By the way, the non-opening upper tailgate problem was down to me holding the release button while closing the main tailgate. Now using the insert handles as mentioned in threads!
