Not running smooth 4.4 petrol

Hi guys.
When I am driving the car it does not run smooth. I am driving slowly and it goes like uuu--uuu and so on.
It has 100k miles and no history.
I just bought new plugs, will mount them. Anything else I should have in mind? 91 BMW 850CSI
