Windscreen wipers

Hi
I have just purchased a used 2010 Sport HSE 3.0 tdv6 and when the wipers are on they are loud for a high end car but not sure if it's the wiper motor or the wiper blades but it's not the usual rubber dragging noise.
Has anybody else experienced this or are they quite noisy from new.
Regards Steve.

Mine are very quiet Thumbs Up but that might have something to do with my car only being 6 months old and also having this http://gtechniq.com/shop/3s-for-cars/exter...art-glass/ on my screen. Its not often i need to use my wipers above 40 mph when its raining Thumbs Up

It's like an improved Rain-X. Might have to purchase some RRS HSE TDV6 Autobiography

When applying it, make sure you follow the step by step guide though, another tip is make sure that the outside temperature isn't too cold because it can be a right bitch to apply.

Word of advice. I fitted genuine blades for years, never lasting more than 6 months. Fitted a pair of motor factor blades and adapters for less than half the price of genuine and have been on for 10 months and still quiet and wipe perfectly. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

I also bought a pair of genuine ones from LR dealer for £30 ish, they were noisy. In the end went to my local auto factors and paid £10 for a pair which are perfect !

weird - I was about to do a search for this thread after seeing the beading of water on my car yesterday. It was only beading on the freshly waxed paintwork - the windows let it down. "I want beady windows" Laughing

Can't wait to put it on RRS HSE TDV6 Autobiography
