Pre-Heater not working..........

My pre-heater is not working, could my new Blackvue be to blame as it is connected to battery?

Sometimes I think the car takes longer to start because of the blackvue, I.e. it has drained the battery a bit.

I have the cut-off so it should never leave the car unable to start but can it affect things like the pre-heater?

How do you know if you have a pre-heater, no obvious buttons etc that I can see? RRS 2010

^^^ Ironically, you do have a fuel burning heater, but it's not activated for remote or timed operation.......although it could be for a few £'s to the right people Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
