Two weeks tomorrow, I took my RRS into dealer as driver seat was not functioning correctly. Covered under Warranty by Warrantywise who authorised the seat to be repaired with no problems.
Dealer has informed me they have done something to the car, now there is no power to dashboard etc, and when they fit some control unit it keeps blowing them.
They first tried to blame it on the Non LR TV system in the headrests which was BS as it has been it the car for over three years with no problems.
Question is, when do I start to take things further, I think two weeks is long enough. I have had free use of a new Freelander whilst this has been going on, which has surprised me as its actually not a bad car although manual.
They have informed there senior technician has been on it with no success, so what are my next steps. Current Volvo XC90 R Design T8
Gone 2010 TDV8. Stornoway Grey
Gone VW R50, AUDI S8, ML320 Sport, FFRR V8
Stolen 2007 TDV8.

it sounds as they they don't know what they're doing so I would go back to Warrantywise and inform them, pronto! Ask them what the next step is. If the senior technician can't fix it, then it's in the hands of the wrong people! Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.
