Things have gone from bad to worse

Northern Rail are now saying the cctv is overwritten after a month so no longer available despite me requesting it on the 12/09 - the day the incident occurred, the 19/09 when I sent the cheque and cctv form as requested and the 10/10 when I contacted them to ask how long it was going to take

Privilege have not written to me or rang me throughout this whole sorry mess and I have had to ring them weekly to find out what is happening

They have sent all details to the other party in my wife's name not mine so the other party are accusing me of being uninsured and probably why they are lying - thinking I will drop it

I have contacted the police who will not get involved even if I produce the cctv footage and show they are lying and their witness is too
