Just completed a LR Survey I had emailed through to complete regarding my 11 months of ownership of my RRS.

Overall I've been really very pleased with the car, but there are a couple of niggles/issues that I highlighted (wheel alignment being one and also the hesitation of the gearbox at junctions/roundabouts).....lets see if they get back to me, or it's they're just paying lip service when they say 'your time taken to complete this means a great deal to us'.

Anyone else get these and ever had any 'personal' responses to anything raised ? ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Yes i've done one of their surveys. And yes i pulled them up on poor reliability and service.

4 days later LR customer service called me and have sorted everything out and now keep giving me courtesy calls

They did listen to me and then sorted the issues out  Jon Witts

I got one of them couple of times. The only thing I complained about was the non-leather material around upper glove box. I did not expect them to call me back and sort the problem...  Vadim A.
