Collected car a couple of weeks ago, found out it needed 4 wheel aligning, anyway called Tony to let him know and he said "he get it booked in". Call never came but a week later(toady) Tony called me to see if everything had been sorted and was ok, I said "no it hadn't been rectified yet" no sooner had I got off the phone with Tony that the workshops called to book my car in, so all in all pleased with Farnells. service department is spot on, never had a issue with them, my guess it was it was sales that didn't tell them in the first place

+1 never had a problem. They can be a bit slow to call back when busy and it usually needs a follow up call from me.......but I cant say it's worth a big moan.  FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy

Plus my service questionnaire asked if i wanted a thank you for filling it out and i opted for a LRE voucher, so hopefully that will arrive in the post soon.

not done their corporate footy day before as i missed the last one, all been well i won't have to buy a RRS from them as a thank you
