Have informed the Police I was exceeding the speed limit. (not that it is relevant but I know I was not as I saw a group of old biddies pfaffing about and was well below the speed limit as I thought something must have happened up there).

I now have a Surrey Police "yellow card" which stays with me for 12 months, supposedly mirroring the yellow /red card of football.

There is no explanation of what this means or more importantly what a "red card" would mean. I suspect nothing as I suspect a bunch of well meaning oldies do not have the power to enforce anything. Any clues?
