how do you roll it back? restore from a earlier backup? only done my ipad2 but hanging off doing my phone till 6.1 comes out

First grab the .ipsw file for 5.1.1 (google is your friend here) then if on a mac and within iTunes, use Alt and restore and point at where you saved the file, click ok and it will revert.

I quite like the new iOS6, and I do not use maps that much anyway - I know my way around London and I have GPS in my great looking black RRS A/B with red/black interior.  Vadim A.

There is a connector in the centre consol but all the stuff on ebay says 2010 or newer ????

Just Google "Google Maps",add to favourites then add to Home Screen.
Comes up as an App ,simples  MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.
