Thanks Daz, I know what you mean about the range feeling more special to the X5. Do you know why the guy you sold to only kept it a year? Lee |

I don't remember why Marcus sold the sport, I know he went sporty again with a GTR I think.

Sounds like the only thing that will be cheaper compared to the M3 will be insurance then |

i have road tested quite a few 2.7 and then bough a chipped tdv8 which is defo the right route to go down, i get 32 mpg on a long run and about 23 round town which aint bad for the power, i also had an m3 last year and i know they are on fuel when you get your foot down so running cost wont be as bad, my tax was only £118 for 6 months |

32mpg and 23mpg is good, did you have the E92? I can only get 22mpg with a very steady right foot and 50mph everywhere How come your tax is so cheap? I thought the TDV8 was in the top tax bracket as the M3 is?? |

TDV8 is an awesome machine even when standard. Try one you might feel you don't need to have it mapped. I have one and love it...but saying that I've just committed to having it mapped by Alive Tuning |
