Help Harman Kardon Subwoofer dosent work

Hello, I’m having problems with the subwoofer in RRS. I have the Harman Kardon System but since yesterday de subwoofer doesn’t seem to work. I have moved and reset all the system seetings but nothing seems to work.

Did you get this sorted as mine is doing the exact same thing as well !! MY12 RRS Black, with a few extras.
