MY12 HSE Rear Seat Entertainment Remote control unit

Hello Everyone - need some help.

Took delivery of my new RRS in February - Great car very happy except for one thing, the remote control for the DVD system has stopped working. (The unit is the one that is stowed in the rear arm rest) All i get from the display is "loading image"

Any Ideas? MY12 Black HSE SDV6
like everyone else in Luxembourg.

Don't have RSE myself, but have you tried the old computer 'fix all' powering it off then back on again Question Idea ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Seems no-one can help.
Took the car to surges while in the uk - needed a specialist who was at lunch. Took to the dealer in lux - no clue
Bahhhhh MY12 Black HSE SDV6
