Waxoyl is common underbody sealant and its not uncommon for people to do it - most owners of RRS or D3/4 dont care - but there is advantages if you are going to keep it etc Mike

I have just waxoyled the entire underbody of mine it took 7 cans at £12 a can (Cheaper on Ebay @ £. All you need is a wire brush and a few hours!! One thing I will say is I looked like a bloody dalmatian dog afterwards........absolutely covered in waxoyl so be prepared to get filthy!!!!! 2009 3.6 TDV8 HST |

Check out Bilt Hambers products on under body repair and protection. They are raved about in 'classic car' circles and really know their stuff.

Had mine waxoiled - Cost me £240 in the local garage and they had the car for 4 days. Cheers. |

Be careful - badly done it can cause as many problems again, especially if it blocks drain holes. |
