Well I've only gone and done it ! 2 hours end to end including the resistors and well pleased with the result
It really isn't that difficult but Looneyfitter many thanks for the tutorial it gave me the courage to go for it.

Will post up pics if anyone is interested

Resistors fitted !

+1 to looneyfitter ! Just got round to installing my resistors and thanks to his pictorial I didnt fit it to the brake lights... note the wire is a different colour on the other side but I am sure you can trace it back to the same position in the plug Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Why?.. Because i can....
