Engine Oil

Hi guys/gals which motor oil do you use in your diesel engines ? I run all my cars on mobil 1 full synthetic ! Wanting to be an owner ?

A lot of L/R dealers use shell helix semi synthetic, even though the oil filler cap recommends castrol Confused
