Minis do seem to have taken a hit for the past few months.
We sold ours 12 weeks ago, it was 14 months old Cooper Diesel that cost 22k new.

I was surprised that dealers were bidding around the 10,500 mark and it even struggled on Autotrader. Luckily (or unluckily) we sold it in a bidding war because it had every extra apart from Satnav for 13k.

This was our 5th Mini but I will never buy a new one again.

When I bought the Mini in May I had my eye on a 2 year old for £11k and a 1 year old for £13k - both sold before I could buy them and the first one was covered in stone chips and scratches

So I thought buy a new one what have I got to lose - if only I had waited until my RRs had been serviced

Have you tried putting it on pistonheads Muddy? Both minis my wife has had sold on there within weeks.

No - just tried some dealers on there though and no joy
