I don't think it would be wise for anyone to declare what is asked especially since the Original poster said they would be asked questions.

As a 'professional' they could be on the end of a sharp stick should the advice end up causing a conflict.

All 'professionasl' need to carry insurance for this reason - the fact a member might have only given a casual opinion for free wouldn't matter, as in the eyes of a court he/she would be considered an 'expert' having publically said, on the Forum, that n they had related employment.

A can of worms best left untouched!
