Loss of power on the low end as I pull away....what could be

I have a 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE, and this week a problem has occurred where I do not have any low end power, so when I pull away the vehicle will crawl up to 15 mph and when the car reaches over 2000 revs the car will suddenly pick up torque and speed. What could this be, is it a turbo?

England 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Check my thread out from yesterday Chris, exactly the same issue

http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic26644.html

It seems to have cleared up today and is running ok, but I have bought the EGR blanking kit and will fit it to see if it resolves the issue.

From the short amount of research I did on the topic yesterday and the help of forum members, the EGR valves seem to be the most likely cause for this common issue. LCFC. Receiver of threatening letters from Overfinch.
