Yes it can be done, take a look in your manual it will tell you in there, i'm not sure how to do it myself but its activated via your menu on the steering wheel controls, i think it is something to do with lazy settings, just scroll through your settings and see what comes up, either that or someone else will be along to point you in the right direction. I think you push the lock and unlock buttons on the key fob simultaneously and hold for three seconds, this changes from single door to all doors unlock with one push 2019 BMW X3 2.0i M Sport in metalic black- Brilliant
