Service reception never picked up my calls, I was always transferred to someone who took a message but service never called back. I asked for a quote before they started work and never got one, i asked them to call me when the work had been authorised and they didn't.

Apart from the gal in the service dept looking after me, all in all they were hard work this time and Ive been a customer since 2007 when we bought our FL2 there and have had both RSS serviced there. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy
