video signal system is not correct any ideas please?

Hi everyone

Has anyone received the above info on the tv screen when trying to play DVDs?

I've tried the famous reboot but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try the 753 diagnostics menu and change it from there MY10 HSE 3.0 TDV6 : Santorini Black : Ebony Interior w/Anigre wood : Privacy Glass (total) : Sunroof : Sidesteps : Hybrid TV : Detachable Tow Kit : Spare Wheel Cover : 22" Dished Supersports

I did read something about the hidden menu but I couldn't figure out how to access it!

2010 instructions - assume pre 2010 is similar

Thanks for the link bp

The pre 10s are slightly different but there is a linked video showing the process for a Supercharged which works

Unfortunately it didn't solve the issue I'm wondering if there is a bad connection in the multi plug feeding the DVD?

I'll check it out at the weekend
