Blend motor replacement

Passenger blend motor unit, anyone had a go at changing this, mines gone nd they are about £20, so was going to have a go, but I have a short fuse when it comes to interiors Whistle .....

Did you resolve this.
I have the same problem on my drivers side but can't find anyone to tell me how to replace the motor!
