Tailpipes & rear bumper for a 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE

Hi!

I'm looking for some new round tailpipes and a new rear bumper for my standard HSE. Is it easy to install this:

I'm going to let my lokal dealer install new exhaust with straight pipes, and a rear bumper that integrates the pipes and not under would be nice.

Any suggestions?
