With you saying white scratch to go black, I'm guessing you have scratched the surround to the screen itself Question

In the UK there are companies that do dashboard repairs, basically by painting them is there not a company in your neck of the wood who does the same? Maybe your dealer could put you in contact Idea

I will post some pics;) its the screen itself.
Bought the car last week and its seems that some kid has used a penn or key on the screen..hehe.
Its only visible when the screen is black.

Is it actually scratched, or if you wet your finger, do you think you could rub it off?
I'd try a damp microfiber cloth and see where that gets you. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

If these scratches are very superficial then believe it or not toothpaste is very good.

This has been very effective on phone screens with light marks.

Feel the scratches with your nail. Can you feel them?

A picture says a 1000 words .

I have a very wide selection of cutting pastes etc that would help.

If you needed a little I would be happy to send some.

John

That does look pretty bad to be honest Sad
I'd definitely give the toothpaste a try with a microfiber cloth - although gently does it, not too much pressure on the screen.
Good luck. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
