This came on yesterday whilst my wife was driving home from the shops. I went into investigation mode and started with, when did you notice the light// just before i turned engine off at home!!
Did you notice anything amiss// no
ok what did you do today// shopped and filled the car up

HA Ha did you fill with correct fuel// of course, here is the bill and yes diesel.
Now to the RRS forum for any pointers. After 3/4 hours last night and 1 hour this morning i had booked the sports into my local 4x4 experts. BUT i did a final check allround and found a throw away line saying "anything can trip this light even the fuel cap not fully clicked up" Off to RRS and yes not fully on and after a couple of more clicks i turned on and flashed up and lo and behold NO LIGHT. driven home and all ok.
So either a very big coincidence or fuel cap not full sealed. Cancelled garage and saved a conciderable amount of money (so far)
