TDV8 on Low Spec (Euro 2M) Diesel

Does anyone know how a TDV8 would go on low spec diesel? What ubget in the UK is 4m afaik. I get 2m in malaysia where ive just moved to for work.

My guess is it wont be good for the car so am leaning towards a 5.0 SC but just wondering if anyone knowsfor sure.
