Nice spec P13TRO One thing have you considered Piano black interior ? I'd agree with colour coding as there will be quite a contrast against the white. I didn't bother on mine, but its black, so not so noticeable. Agree what other have said about 'HBA', I had it on a previous car and said never again! It was ! Steps will set the car off nicely, but its a personal thing, only you can decide if you want them or not I didn't spec them, but will be fitting some soon. Extended leather ? Not sure I'd pay the extra, I don't look at mine and think that there is a vast amount of plastic, so as mentioned before, maybe try and see them side by side, one with, one without. Alloys - personally not a fan of those D4 ones - but again, its your money, your car, so get what you want. Re discounts, I think it depends on whether you're picking up a new factory order, or if you're taking one from an assigned slot. I'd say 10% was a little optimistic and you'll end up closer to a 5% discount, but let us know what you end up with. 5.9% seems to be a standard rate on RRS's at the moment, I think this is the LR finance rate too. Re lead time, I recall someone saying they were quoted 12 weeks for a factory order on her recently, but again, depends if you can get a spec changeable slot or if it is a completely ne order. Good luck with your order and what ever spec you finanlly decide on ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i MERCEDES GL350 - Metallic Navy Blue w/Grey interior GOING: BMW F31 335D MSport+ xDrive Touring GONE: Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE - Stornaway Grey w/Black Interior (wish we'd kept it ) GONE: BMW F10 520D MSport - Carbon Black GONE:MY12 RRS SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ivory/Grand Black Privacy glass Last edited by Beancounter_74 on Mon Feb 06 2012 9:45am. I have a very similar spec RRS.....I harp on about the oem exhaust tips.... they are dealer fit....and have to be the single best piece of kit I put on the exterior... finishes off the rear end beautifully.... together with the SS bumper tread plate....and sidesteps, which of course you are ordering.... All works really well with the Fuji... It's minus 15 here at the moment.... as soon as the temp drops in 10 days or so i'll give it a super valet and post pics.. as far as extended lthr... i've got it.... I love it... it's real... I don't like plastic!!!! 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's 2013 Porsche Boxster S 3.4 2014 Audi A3 S line Quattro --------------------------------- |

Quoted for the benefit of any future potential buyers. Avoid rrsboy's car like the plaque if it ever comes up, if you do insist on buying it, ensure you have a full decontamination carried out on the interior ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i MERCEDES GL350 - Metallic Navy Blue w/Grey interior GOING: BMW F31 335D MSport+ xDrive Touring GONE: Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE - Stornaway Grey w/Black Interior (wish we'd kept it ) GONE: BMW F10 520D MSport - Carbon Black GONE:MY12 RRS SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ivory/Grand Black Privacy glass |

Plenty of those quiet dark roads in Oz (most people stay off after dusk to avoid hitting roo's), but i find having to scramble for the Main light switch and then dip the beam when a very large truck is giving me the full beam plus Wembley floodlight treatment for being inconsiderate due to the systems response time or not picking up the oncoming beam is just to dodgy.. or should i say dangerous Another Pommie Bar Steward down under MY20 Defender 110 SE P400 Eiger/Ebony MY10 3.0 RRS TDv6 Fuji/Ebony/Anigre |

agreed... I find myself always double checking the dashboard and worrying about dazzling others .... but I also drive frequently on quiet mountain roads late at night / early morning... so it works for me and is worth the hassle..... but agree it may not for most... 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Haha, I forgot to put the piano black on the list, but I was certainly going down that route. Although given rrsboy's reaction to it, I better go with the rubber mats as well!

Did wonder if you had forgotten to list it, strange to order black leather with black headlining and skip that grand black laquer (previous car called it Piano, hence why I typed that last time )

I wanted some Hawkes as well... but couldn't take the risk of them arriving and not fitting MY12 exhaust ( as i'm not in the uk... to much hassle) .... so opted for the no hassle route.. OEM..... tbh.... i'm so glad I did they look fab on the car... very beefy which it doesn't really show on the RR website...

Not sure about your models, but mine works like this: AUTO HIGH BEAM This feature automatically selects and deselects high beam, under specific conditions of road lighting and in the absence of other vehicle’s lights. The system is only active when the ambient light drops below a predetermined level. Note: It is not recommended that auto high beam is used while driving off road. For auto high beam to become operational, the main lighting switch must be in the Auto position (4), with low beam headlamps selected. The system will only activate when the vehicle speed exceeds 40 km/h (25 mph). The system will deactivate when vehicle speed drops below 24 km/h (15 mph). To manually select high beam, move the stalk to the high beam position as normal. To return to Auto high beam, move the stalk back to the central position. To manually override to low beam from high beam, pull the stalk to the flash position and auto high beam will be cancelled. To return to auto high beam, push the stalk to the high beam position and then return it to the central position. So just pull the stalk towards you as you would without Auto High Beam if you're dazzling someone, no need to switch off auto lights. |

Hmmm interesting. Seems they definitely fit the MY12 SDV6 as they are pictured here. But interesting point about the size and knocking. I do quite like them though.
