Noise when using Aircon

Hi! Anyone know how to get to the fan at the passanger side to stop making a rattle noise when its on?
It sounds like its from the passanger side down by the feet. Could it be a lose part?

since it is very cold here in france i have the same thing...
don't know if it is hard to reach under the dashboard.... will see while changing the ac filter (never done yet...)
