England 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black
fuel pump failed

Can anyone out ther advise me and put my mind to rest ! my 2006 stopped running on saturday i have been told its the fuel pump, is the fuel tank a sealled unit with the pump or is the pump a separate thing ??? please come back with good news, Bow down

Ask Landrover to check that your car has had the recalls done...my 2007 has only just been done foc.. Very Happy

Malaysia 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Chawton White

The fuel pump module comprises of a rear fuel level sender and a fuel pressure regulator.

You can replace this module separately, however, you will need to remove the fuel tank from the vehicle first.

You have two pumps; a low pressure "lifter" in the tank and a High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) at the back of the engine. The one in the tank can be accessed, but watch that the fuel level sensors aren't dislodged.
