Tag is the only way to do Autoroutes, especially if one up. Works great in a D3 so no reason why not in a RRS. Was over in France 4 times last year & noticed that more & more (now virtually all) lanes accept the tags, just drive up & the tag pings, off ya go. |

Will be fine, nothing too fancy on a RRS that's not on a D3. It works fine through the heating elements. The "dotty" area around the mirror seems to be designed for tag devices to go. I'd be very suprised that it doesn't work on a RRS. As above, there is a way of checking that it works. Besides, do you think French RRS drivers are going to tolerate waiting in a queue of the great unwashed at the peage booth? ![]() PS mine is an APRR tag, great service from them & so good not having to climb over the gearstick to get the ticket. Also good on-line as you can check your usage & toll segments. Easypeasy. |

I first used it for my 2010 Tunisia trip, meant no climbing over the centre consul to pull the ticket, especiallyas many of the smaller exits are unmanned so you've got to get the card into the slot. Apart from that the real plus is whizzing past massive lines of traffic, it's great seeing the peeps who have overtaken you stuck in the lines. Helps with the long haul mind games. |

I always thought the dots were to fill in the gap between the two sun visors - nice they serve a dual purpose! ============ 2010 TDV8 HSE - ooo laa laaaaaaaaa 2007 TDV8 HSE - superb car and very reliable ============ 2012 - dearly departed, sadly missed.. to return in late 2013 with a new TDV8! |
