I was the same (preferred the old shape) but it's like the new shape Audi TT, once you get used to it you can't understand why you never preferred it in the first place (I now prefer the new shape TT and RRS front).

Plus the new lights are much better  ============

With this exteriour ùpgrade`it is again proven that improving a winning design if very very difficult.

Just feels like the new front has lost a little of its presence for me, it's a little too similar to other stuff on road and other stuff from LRs stable, just IMHO

That's not to say that the new front isn't still good to look at  Have i got the busted controller?!?!!?

And then the good old classic shape, i must admit its taken me some time to get used to the new shape front bumper but i would only have either pic 1 or pic 2 on a new sport.

2012 with the subtle rear change on the tailgate looks nicer as well.

Don't forget the new style lights they are pretty striking on the road.

I wasn't sure about the new shape when it came out. But, like most of these things, once it's been around a while it definately makes the old front end look dated by comparison. I do like the new front profile.. as said by x5pea earlier, the lights are a striking addition...but they need the bodykit imho.
