praise indeed for the BAS map

I let my local Dealership service manager take mine out for a spin today (usual RRS gremlins that required a road test)...

After 100m he looked at me and said... Jesus this one goes well doesn't itl...

emm..yeah... re-mapped by BAS.... Mr. Green Whistle

His reply... Ahhh that explains it...fantasic, makes the standard TDV8 feel a tad boring! RRS gone

Throttle response is 100% better (no exaggeration)

Most driving is done with 10-30% throttle post map, where before you had to plant your foot to get on.

Mid range pickup is also much stronger, 60mph plus those extra 100 lbs really make it eager making overtaking a breeze, even with short straights you really dont have to worry too much. RRS gone

Cheers awd it does sound great.

Think I'd just be too worried bout my warranty, would anyone recommend it on what is essentially a new vehicle with almost 3 year LR warranty left?!?

I'm guessing I know the answer....... Have i got the busted controller?!?!!?
