I suspect dealer has some reason to delay delivery.................... check it very very carefully when you do get it, they might have damaged it and are repairing it. Well, whatever the reasons (which I will endeavour to get to the bottom of) my local dealers are doing pretty well on teh customer care bit;

A loan car until next tuesday when I go on my hols.

and if my car is not here by then the sales guy is going to take my family and me to the airport, and collect us on our return!
