Bought a set of 19" FFRR wheels for SWMBO's RRS but seems they won't fit over the calipers . So now I need another set but don't want to make the same mistake again. Can anyone tell me for certain if these will fit?

Thanks RRSTDV8, that's good news. Presumably the V8 would have bigger calipers if anything |

19's or 20's, just make sure that they are 9.5J and they'll fit over Brembos no problem 10 RRS HSE TDV8 --- No complaints so far

Thanks folks, how do I tell if they are 9.5J? Is it cast onto the spokes? |

9.5j bit wont make any difference if the offset isnt correct ...... offset of ET as its stamped on the wheel should be on the back of the wheel. RRS and FFRR have different offsets if i remember correctly but i would have thought that the ET of the FFRR would be higher than that of the sport.

Definitely foul, they showed me whilst it was on the ramp and it wasn't possible to push the wheel back into contact with the hub. Sorry for being thick, what is ET? And how do you measure (or can you measure) the offset? |

ET is the distance in mm from the mounting face to the centre of the wheel this picture will kinda help to explain As suggested spacers will help resolve the issue , or just buy the right wheels. |

Thanks for the explanation . So basically I'm looking for 53 stamped on the casting somewhere. I guess I can check the FFRR ones I already have to see if they have 57 stamped on them.

IF the offset is 57mm for the FFRR then that would say that the center of the rim would go "in" 4mm more? In difference to RRS with 53mm not going "in" as much... and then if rim is curved then those 4mm could make calipers touch rim??? I have no clue... Just learning... and waiting on a message that some Scorpion tyres have M+S on them...
