Looking for Sport Roof Rails

Hi All, I'm trying to find a supplier for roof rails for my Sport ( 05 ), I already have some Thule roof bars but have not been able to source any rails Sad also....are they tricky to fit?

With the Thule kit I bought, the roof bars fitted direct onto the roof (removable fitting into the door seals rather than the roof?). You may be able to see in the photo below what I mean.

Protrak do a kit using the RR roof fixing points, but I wanted something that was not there all the time.

Thanks for the fast reply! I'll look into the Protrak option, I'm a bit concerned that the 'door seal clamps' might get damaged/ compressed if I get that option? How do you find them? Range Rover Sport HSE, Rimini Red, colour coded.

Easy to fit and remove. Had them on from April to June with no damage to the door seals. I like the simplicity of them and the wind noise when driving it pretty minimal. Al in all, happy with them for sure.

I went for the Prorack S-Wing Whispbars, which are superb. had them on my Golf GTI as well. They attach directly into the holes in the roof channels (just remove the plastic discs which cover the holes).

Easy to fit, once you get the discs off, and very stable. The wind noise and resistance from the Prorack bars is by far the best on the market.

You can either get the flush fitting bars, which look very neat, or the htrough ars which allow you to carry more. I got a roofbox and 3 bikes on mine for this year's summer holiday to Scandinavia.

Do it, roof rails are unecessary and a waste.

So would you say that Whispbars are quieter than LR cross bars? Vadim A.
