I had an earlier thread about me going to buy something special. By special I was going to go third party, after lots of research I have decided I am going to buy a MY12 Range Rover Sport Autobiography. I am going to place an order at the start of March. I have no idea what colour to choose though, Black or White? I am going to sell my S5 next year as the wife, wants the current RRS anyone else had a mrs like mines

If anyone can post reviews on their autobiography and anyone with a MY12 RRS also.

I've taken the plunge too and hope to pick up a 61 plate on Friday. It is 3 month old and a V6 MY11 but a good deal was offered on my MY07

Its Orkney Grey and as a change from my Java Black I'm excited by it. Leather is Black with Ivory inserts and Ivory internal trim. Saw a White version but wasnt impressed close up with the red trims.

It has most of the toys and to be honest I wont need some of the off road gadgets like all round cameras but what is there is impressive.

The MY12 will be an 8 speed so it should be smoother but to be honest I've never felt my 6 speed V6 to be uncomfortable.

Wish I could say it was my original choice but nevertheless I am happy with it.

I prefer the Orkney to Stornaway too. I was told Buckingham Blue is being discontinued and Bali Blue coming back. Shame and Buck Blue was class.

White I like but it was the interior trim I didnt like. Also a lot of things like rear dvd entertainment Id never use.

I was at my work Xmas lunch last Thursday and a colleagues mate went in to buy the gray AB but had to take the white one. Im sure he will still smile!!!! Now - MY11 RRS Autobiography TDV6, Orkney gray, tints, steps, daylight running lamps and allllll the toys!!!

I have a 12my AB in black (outside of the company car scheme) and love it to bits. I appreciate that my opinion may be seen as biased, but......

Particularly like the bodykit, duo-tone leather and wheels (although kit can be spec'd on an HSE).
