2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

New to Forum - My new 2012 RRS HSE

Hi All,

I am new to Range Rover, & have moved over from a ML Mercedes. I have always liked the RRS, & when it came time for a new car, I was so impressed, I got one.

Very happy with the performance, but I do find it gets a lot of attention, which is not always a good thing!

Sorry about the crap pic, just took a quick one off my phone!!

The only things I have added, are the polished alloy 20" wheels, (which I was told are original Rover! but have failed to see any others around, or have been unable to find on the net), & an Alpine 6 disc DVD changer/headrest screens.

I have also ordered sidesteps, which the dealer will fit when they arrive.

Will get some better pics over the week.

looks great is that stornoway or orkney?

I'd think about colour coding the sills. 2011 MY- RRS HSE - Zermatt -Ebony-Piano .... its a monochrome world

Well I think you should def colour code the sills. But leave it at that. Like Ady said less is more. Oh Id also smoke out the rear lights and side repeaters...

Im not too sure if i like the wheel design, I have the 2012 Supercharged on mine, they would look awesome on your car. Let me dig out a picture

certainly think grey is one of the few colours where the new black grilles really work along with Galway Green... not a fan of them on Indus.

Was in Guy Salmon a while back and they are getting all their 2012 demos colour-coded now (sills only) 2011 MY- RRS HSE - Zermatt -Ebony-Piano .... its a monochrome world

When do the doors arrive for the front mounted kitchen cupboards? Oak veneer or maybe some aluminium affect mdf?
