* PLEASE HELP: Bleeding The Coolant / Water System 4.2 SC *

Hi,

Please could i have some advice on Bleeding the Coolant System as i have installed a new Radiator Pack.

First of all i have a few questions that i would much appreciate somebody answering them for me:
1. Is the Smallest Radiator a secondary Engine Rad or is it for the supercharger?
2. There is a plastic screw on the very bottom drivers side of the main rad, i take it this is for bleeding???
3. I am aware that gearbox oil circulates the side of the Rad Panel, does this need topping up as it is changed, if so....How?

Bleeding: This is how i think it should be done but could somebody tell me if it is the right way?

1. Engine Cold
2. Open Rad Filling cap along with bleed cap.
3. Open Bleed cap at the lower of the rad.
4. Fill up until water is coming out of lower rad bleed cap.
5. Tighten up bleed cap and continue to fill until level.
6. Done......

Is there something that i am missing as so far this process has not worked, I have also tried warming the car up with the heaters on but its blowing out cold and eventually overheats.....

Many thanks and PLEASE help Smile

James
