I have RRS MY05 with RSE and DVD changer, no TV module

First aim was to get inputs AV1/AV2 to display on front screen. Research shows that the RSE module only routes these to the rear screens in the headrest, so not possible. A good document for showing the layout of the AV components can be found here:

My question now is, is it possible to connect a Digital TV tuner like the Alpine TUE-150DV to the factory RSE/DVD system? And if so what is needed to do it?
