RSE AV1 to play on front screen in RRS with RSE - Help!?

I have just bought a Ranger Rover Sport supercharged, with factory fitted DVD and Rear entertainment system
(twin rear headrests + av1 and av2 inputs)

I'd like to achieve the following:

1. Get the av1/av2 to display on the front screen + have the sound come out of the main speakers

I have heard something of a Fakra cable(?)

2. Add TV module to the system

As it is a supercharged verison, it has the rear roof aerial blade, is this a TV aerial as well?

3. Add reversing camera to the system (in the diag screen I see options for reversing camera (not fitted) and companion
camera (not fitted). is it just a case of having a cable run to the right place, i.e do the connectors already exist somewhere?

4. ipod/iphone 4 dock, is this just a case of getting a cradle to sit in the central cubby hole above the fridge? What functionality does it allow?

I would be grateful if anyone could give me detailed steps, (I am a noob) as to if & how to achieve each part. Range Rover Sport SVR - Santorini Black

I cant help on all the things but ill try to give you a few pointers.

1. You maybe able to get a cable to get the feed from av1/2 to the front screen - ive not seen this, but the front screen should/wont/technically is illegal to play video whilst moving (except reversing camera feeds) - so if you can make it work via aftermarket additions of link av1/2 to the front tv and then enabling the tv to operate in motion its technically not legal due to the potential visability by the driver

2. You can add an aftermarket TV module which will probably be easier - i have the TV in mine, maybe worth looking on the d3 forum or a search here

3. Reversing camera - lots of threads on this - although adding it via genuine parts im not sure

4. Functionality wise this is audio playback not video streaming. Mike

It's not so much the tv in motion that I am worried about, but the ability to have whatever is connected to the av ports displayed and sounded in the front of the car. What I need to find out is what connectors are on the back of the head unit, screen, and what connectors are on the back of the Rse module, and if it is a simple case of running a cable between the two, or are more electronics required? Range Rover Sport SVR - Santorini Black

Doing the research, found out the short answer is "no" RSE module only route AV1/AV2 inputs to the rear screens.

A useful document for anyone trying to figure out the layout of the AV components in their RRS
