Muting radio when Parking sensors in operation

My parking sensors do not mute my radio. That used to be the proceedure on my Freelander 2. Is this normal on RRS itisme

I'll double check, but I think mine does this (or at least it is adjustable) as it is something that you can control in the new MY12 software. Smile ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
