I have just bought my 1st rrs.she's a 2005 TDV6 SE.lovely car.like new with 100k on the clock.she has a full SH till 2010. and did less than 1000 miles in 2011.
She has conked out twice on me.both times after driving for an hour or two on the motorway at 70mph just as I've come off the junction slip road and reduced the speed to 30/40 mph.she would not restart until about a half hour after when she would start up and driwve away no problem.

Hasn't cut out in last 9 days.I've changed oil+oil filter,air+pollen filters,fuel filter.(myself..as i am not loaded enough to pay main dealer prices)

Hasn't cut out since serviced but I have a doubt so left her in to main dealer today for diagnostic check.

Just wondering with all the experience on here maybe someone here has had this issue.(and can hopefully point me in the right direction?)
