OSR Door Alignment

Well waiting for my dealer to get back to me, we have had a problem with the rear offside door since new, it has to be "slammed" or should i say firmly shut, and after its been in the workshops a few time, they believe the door is out of alignment.

However the dealer is opening up a technical report with LR as mine is about the fourth MY10.5/11 with the same problem they have encountered before they attempt any further fixes, any similar problems in blighty with recent models ?? Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

H they definitely say there is a problem with mine and a few others, it requires what i would say is more than normal force compared to the other doors, to the point where the seal splits after a while, on the 2nd door seal already Another Pommie Bar Steward down under
